He has worked on some of the country's largest transport infrastructure projects and has a significant experience in promoting and executing complex land assembly projects and acquisitions. Peter is a keen fisherman and spends much of his spare time fruitlessly trying to lead his four daughters away from the shops and towards the river.

Other areas of expertise include estate management, infrastructure contracts, CAP reform, SPS, purchase and compensation claims, quota trading, farm business and diversification advice. James has two small children which seem to dominate most of his spare time, but during the odd window of opportunity he enjoys fly fishing, playing tennis and cricket and is a keen armchair rugby enthusiast.  Also while he is digging his large garden he ponders the times he used to travel widely in pursuit of his lifelong interest in natural history and wonders whether he will ever have the time or money to do it again.

Guy is a Senior Commercial Surveyor, based in the Cambridge and Mayfair offices. He is involved in the commercial management of property on behalf of a number of clients, including some of the Cambridge Colleges, private investors, family trusts and The Crown Estate. This role is broad ranging and includes advising on matters such as rent and service charge collection and administration, providing recommendations on lettings, sub-lettings, lease surrenders, disposals, acquisitions, as well as coordinating other parties such as surveyors, planners and refurbishment specialists.  Outside work, Guy’s interests are renovating old properties, together with national hunt horseracing, as an amateur jockey. He also holds a permit to train family-owned horses.

Robert is an Associate, based in the Oxford office.  He undertakes a wide range of work, including rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, rating and day-to-day portfolio asset management of property throughout the UK, on behalf of private, corporate and charity clients and a number of leading banks.  He deals with retail, office, industrial/warehouse properties and the valuation of residential developments. He has particular expertise and experience in portfolio asset management for clients owning multi-property portfolios.  Robert is a keen squash player, enjoys cycling, running and always has a full order book of home DIY projects.  He also risks life and limb each November, as a member of a team running his village firework display, which is recognised as being one of the best in the area.
