It is necessary at the initiation of schemes to identify those affected parties along the proposed route of the works for both liaison and negotiation or the service of Statutory Notices where applicable.

Information is drawn together on GIS, designed to meet the individual client's needs and can be provided in various formats from traditional plans, CAD derived drawings and CD-ROMs/ Electronic formats

  • Collation of information showing affected parties and their specific interest in the land affected.
  • Confirmation of land ownership with Land Registry, landowners, tenants and licensee's.
  • Production of schedules of names and addresses of affected parties, their agents and legal representatives produced as both a tabular and geographic database.
