Records of Condition

Frequently, sites are occupied for many months and sometimes years. Even with best intentions, memories do fade and damaged items become contentious.

We find it essential to have a full photographic record of the affected areas prior to entry. This not only provides a datum on which to assess damages and settle subsequent compensation claims, but when linked to a GIS for the site, that data can provide a useful preview tool for future operations.

• Detailed structural pre-entry records of condition/surveys for affected buildings.
• Linking of records of condition to GIS database.
• Provision of pre-entry photographic records of condition for access to agricultural land.
