Most infrastructures schemes involve acquisition, access and valuation issues, which affect agricultural land. The complexities of Agricultural Tenancy Law and restrictions imposed by EU legislation, needs careful interpretation by experienced Rural Surveyors to ensure the needs of both the contractor and farmer are met.

• Evaluation and recording of damage resulting from breech of licence agreements.
• Final walk through, preparation of snagging list and closing down of site.
• Monitoring of accommodation works and progress of works.
• Provision of Field Officers to liaise between affected parties and contractors.
