DNI is a specialist practice area delivering land agency project management as a whole or in its subordinate parts to Public Sector, Statutory Providers and Civil Engineering companies, via contract, partnership and joint venture arrangements.

Based in Swindon, DNI's core team manages schemes across the UK by using a network of satellite offices to deliver projects at a local level. Our portfolio of major clients, including Network Rail, Alfred McAlpine and Dean & Dyball, benefits us with the experience of diverse and challenging projects.

Our joint venture businesses build and expand upon our resources to deliver specialist and particularly large programmes of work. Clients utilising this flexible business model include the Defence Estates and Salvation Army.
